These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and general communications with HYDAMECH regarding quotations, custom manufacturing projects, and related services.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Website Purpose

HYDAMECH provides information regarding:

custom metal enclosures;
industrial cabinets;
equipment housings;
sheet metal assemblies;
manufacturing capabilities;
related B2B and OEM services.

Information displayed on this website is provided for general reference and does not automatically constitute a binding quotation, technical specification, warranty, offer, or sales contract.

2. Request for Quotation

Customers may submit drawings, CAD files, samples, specifications, quantities, application information, and other project requirements to request a quotation.

Submitting an RFQ does not create an obligation for either party to purchase or supply products.

HYDAMECH may review submitted information before determining whether a project can be quoted or manufactured.

3. Quotations

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.

Changes to the following may require quotation revision:

drawings;
dimensions;
tolerances;
materials;
surface treatments;
quantities;
inspection requirements;
packaging requirements;
delivery terms;
technical specifications.

Quotation validity period, currency, payment terms, lead time, and applicable Incoterms will be stated in the relevant quotation or commercial documentation.

4. Order Confirmation

An order will be considered accepted only after the relevant commercial and technical requirements have been mutually confirmed.

Depending on the project, confirmation may include:

purchase order;
Proforma Invoice;
required payment or deposit;
approved drawings;
approved samples;
technical specifications;
inspection and quality requirements;
delivery terms.

If website information conflicts with a mutually agreed quotation, purchase order, approved drawing, specification, sales agreement, or other project-specific written document, the project-specific written agreement will take precedence.

5. Drawings and Technical Specifications

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legally usable project information.

HYDAMECH manufactures custom products according to mutually confirmed drawings, specifications, samples, and other technical requirements.

Changes requested after approval may affect:

pricing;
tooling;
material requirements;
production process;
inspection requirements;
lead time;
delivery schedule.

HYDAMECH may request additional clarification before manufacturing where project information is incomplete or inconsistent.

6. Product Information

HYDAMECH makes reasonable efforts to keep website product descriptions, images, specifications, and technical information accurate.

However, because many HYDAMECH products are customized, website images, dimensions, technical examples, and product information are illustrative and may not represent the exact specifications of a customer’s final product.

Final product requirements will be governed by the mutually approved project documentation.

7. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for custom products is determined according to project-specific requirements and will normally be provided through a formal quotation, Proforma Invoice, sales agreement, or other commercial document.

Prices displayed or referenced on the website should not be treated as final prices for custom manufacturing projects unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable payment terms, payment methods, currency, and banking information will be stated in the relevant commercial documents.

8. Production and Lead Time

Production lead time depends on factors including:

product complexity;
material availability;
quantity;
tooling;
manufacturing process;
surface treatment;
inspection requirements;
packaging requirements.

The applicable production schedule will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Changes to drawings, specifications, quantities, approvals, or other requirements may affect the confirmed schedule.

9. Inspection and Acceptance

Inspection requirements should be confirmed before production.

Products will be evaluated against the drawings, specifications, samples, tolerances, quality requirements, or inspection criteria agreed for the relevant order.

Customers should inspect delivered products promptly and notify HYDAMECH of suspected nonconformities with reasonable supporting evidence.

Quality claims will be handled according to the applicable project documentation and the Returns, Quality Claims & Refund Policy.

10. Shipping

Shipping method, packaging, freight responsibility, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and transfer of risk will be handled according to the agreed:

quotation;
order confirmation;
Incoterm;
purchase order;
sales agreement;
other applicable commercial documentation.

11. Custom Products and Returns

Most HYDAMECH products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements and therefore are not eligible for general consumer-style returns.

Quality claims, corrective actions, replacements, credits, and refunds will be handled according to the applicable project requirements and our Returns, Quality Claims & Refund Policy.

12. Intellectual Property and Customer Materials

Drawings, CAD files, specifications, samples, trademarks, designs, and other materials submitted by customers remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials submitted to HYDAMECH may lawfully be used for the requested quotation, manufacturing, or related project.

HYDAMECH will use customer-supplied project information only for legitimate purposes associated with:

quotation;
project review;
manufacturing;
inspection;
quality control;
logistics;
order management.

Where required, specific confidentiality obligations may be covered by a separate NDA.

13. Website Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, technical content, and other original materials owned by HYDAMECH may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without authorization.

Third-party trademarks, logos, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Warranty and Performance Commitments

No warranty, performance guarantee, service-life commitment, or application-specific guarantee is created solely by information published on this website.

Any warranty, quality commitment, acceptance standard, or performance requirement applicable to a specific project must be expressly agreed in the applicable quotation, drawing, specification, purchase order, quality agreement, sales agreement, or other written project document.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HYDAMECH will not be liable solely as a result of website use for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption.

For custom manufacturing projects, responsibility and remedies relating to product conformity, delivery, quality, or other commercial matters will be determined according to the applicable project-specific written agreements and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Force Majeure

HYDAMECH will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters;
severe weather;
war or civil disturbance;
government restrictions;
regulatory changes;
strikes;
epidemic or public health emergencies;
power interruptions;
transportation disruption;
port congestion;
supply-chain disruption;
shortages of materials;
other force majeure events.

Where reasonably possible, affected customers will be informed of significant impacts on an active project.

18. Contracting Party

HYDAMECH is the business name used on this website.

For individual transactions, the legal entity identified in the applicable quotation, Proforma Invoice, invoice, purchase agreement, sales agreement, or other commercial documentation will be the contracting party for that transaction.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to a specific commercial project should first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.

Where an applicable quotation, purchase order, sales agreement, or other mutually agreed document contains governing-law, jurisdiction, or dispute-resolution provisions, those provisions will take precedence.

Where no specific dispute-resolution terms have been agreed, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
