What we check before dispatch, how to verify a model’s specifications, and what to do if a product arrives with a problem.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Verify the model before you order.
Each product page lists the specifications you need to confirm. Use these as a checklist before requesting a quote.
Model number
Quote the exact model from the product page so we confirm the same specification.
Dimensions and material
Check external and internal size, sheet thickness, and material (carbon steel or stainless steel).
Surface finish and mounting
Confirm coating type, mounting method (wall, floor, pole or desktop), and included accessories.
WHAT WE CHECK
Four items we verify before dispatch.
Each enclosure goes through the following checks before it is packed. Tell us if your order has specific acceptance criteria.

Dimensions
External size, mounting holes, and cutout positions are checked against the drawing for the selected model.

Surface Finish
We check for scratches, burrs, and consistent coating condition across panels and edges.

Doors & Hardware
Door fit, lock operation, and hinge movement are checked. Gaskets and seals are inspected where applicable.

Included Parts
Mounting plates, fasteners, and any agreed accessories are counted against the packing list.
RATINGS & DOCUMENTATION
What documentation is available.
Some models list an ingress protection rating on the product page. Material certificates and test reports are available for specific models on request. We only provide documents that correspond to the actual product.

PACKING & DISPATCH
What we check before it leaves.
Before dispatch, each order is checked against the packing list to reduce the chance of a missing item or wrong model.
Model and quantity
Items are matched to the confirmed order before packing.
Accessories and labels
Agreed accessories are included, and each carton is labelled with the model and quantity.
Packing protection
Panels and surfaces are protected for transit. Notify us if your order has special packaging requirements.

If something is wrong with your order.
If an enclosure arrives damaged, missing parts, or not matching the ordered model, contact us with the following details so we can look into it quickly.
