Effective Date: August 21, 2026

HYDAMECH supplies custom metal enclosures, industrial cabinets, equipment housings, and sheet metal assemblies for B2B and OEM projects.

Because most products are manufactured according to customer-specific requirements, shipping arrangements depend on product type, quantity, production schedule, destination, packaging requirements, and agreed trade terms.

1. Production and Delivery Schedule

HYDAMECH products are generally manufactured according to customer drawings, specifications, samples, and confirmed order requirements.

Production lead time will be stated in the applicable quotation, Proforma Invoice, order confirmation, purchase agreement, or other agreed commercial document.

Production normally begins after the necessary commercial and technical conditions have been confirmed, which may include:

  • purchase order or order confirmation;
  • required payment or deposit;
  • approved drawings;
  • confirmed technical specifications;
  • approved samples;
  • inspection requirements;
  • packaging requirements.

Any delivery date provided before these requirements are confirmed should be considered an estimate only.

Changes to drawings, specifications, materials, quantities, finishes, inspection requirements, or other project conditions may affect the production and delivery schedule.

2. Shipping Methods

Depending on shipment size, destination, urgency, cost, and customer requirements, products may be shipped by:

  • international courier;
  • air freight;
  • sea freight;
  • rail freight;
  • truck transportation;
  • customer-appointed freight forwarder.

The final shipping method will be confirmed with the customer before shipment.

3. Incoterms

Applicable trade terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, or other mutually agreed Incoterms.

The applicable Incoterm will normally be specified in the quotation, Proforma Invoice, purchase order, sales agreement, or order confirmation.

Responsibilities relating to:

  • freight charges;
  • transportation insurance;
  • export and import clearance;
  • customs duties;
  • taxes;
  • unloading;
  • transfer of risk

will be determined according to the agreed Incoterm and project-specific commercial agreement.

4. Packaging

Packaging will be selected according to product dimensions, weight, material, surface treatment, transportation method, and customer requirements.

Packaging may include:

  • protective film;
  • foam or internal protection;
  • cartons;
  • pallets;
  • wooden cases;
  • customized export packaging.

Special packaging, labeling, palletizing, or export requirements should be communicated and confirmed before production or shipment.

Additional costs may apply where special packaging requirements are requested.

5. Shipment Documentation

Where applicable and agreed, shipping documentation may include:

  • commercial invoice;
  • packing list;
  • transport documents;
  • certificate of origin;
  • inspection documents;
  • material documentation;
  • other order-specific documents.

Customers should communicate any special documentation requirements before shipment.

6. Shipment Tracking

Where courier or trackable transportation services are used, tracking information will be provided when available.

For freight shipments, HYDAMECH may provide applicable shipping documents, booking information, or freight details according to the agreed shipping arrangement.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances outside HYDAMECH’s reasonable control, including:

  • transportation disruption;
  • port congestion;
  • customs procedures;
  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • government restrictions;
  • strikes;
  • supply-chain disruption;
  • carrier delays;
  • regulatory changes;
  • other force majeure events.

Where reasonably possible, HYDAMECH will inform the customer if a significant delay becomes known.

Such circumstances will not automatically constitute a breach of an estimated delivery schedule where they are outside HYDAMECH’s reasonable control.

8. Receiving and Inspection

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.

If visible transportation damage, missing packages, incorrect quantities, or other delivery-related issues are identified, customers should:

  • retain the original packaging;
  • take clear photos or videos;
  • retain transport documentation where available;
  • notify HYDAMECH promptly.

Responsibility for transportation loss or damage will be determined according to the agreed shipping arrangement, Incoterm, and applicable commercial documents.

9. Project-Specific Terms

If any provision of this Shipping Policy conflicts with a mutually agreed quotation, Proforma Invoice, purchase order, sales agreement, order confirmation, or other project-specific written agreement, the project-specific written agreement will take precedence.
